The Oral Record: Get started easily—talk instead of write In 90-minutes of comfortable, guided conversation with one of our experienced advisors, you will use the guidebook to explore and express the focus of your message. You will be able to talk naturally, one-on-one, either in person, over the phone or via videoconference. Your spoken voice, or the voice of a loved one, will be preserved on an audio CD to create a priceless oral record, valuable whether or not a written document is created later on. The Oral Manuscript: Preserve your words on paper Transcribing your Oral Record creates a written version of the recording that will document your words and make them easily accessible for you or for others. You will receive the original recording plus a 15-30 page unedited transcript of the conversation, rich resource material and a foundation for your written Ethical Will. Package includes Oral Record Coaching and Editing Package: Your own personal writing coach Transform your Oral Manuscript into the document you envision while working within a supportive and structured environment. You will be paired with a personal writing coach who will review your transcript with you, help you clarify your intentions and then divide the writing process into four manageable assignments to be completed within an eight-week time period. At the end of each assignment interval, the coach will review what you have done, make editorial suggestions, and provide focused time to discuss your progress as you finalize your Ethical Will. Incorporating your Oral Record and Oral Manuscript, this package gives you a customized completion plan for your Ethical Will, four one-hour telephone consultations and four hours of editing assistance from an experienced, professional writing coach. The service is provided on the telephone, with document drafts exchanged by mail or email. Package includes Oral Record and Oral Manuscript along with coaching services. The Comprehensive Package: Leave the drafting to us Create an Ethical Will in close collaboration with a professional writer who will relieve you of the task of writing and reward you with a completed document that has been well thought out and is true to your own voice. This option is a customized, creative partnership in which you are actively involved in shaping the content of the document – first, in guided discussions with the writer and then in your review of consecutive draft documents, each incorporating your on-going comments, revisions and additions. The writer will ask clarifying questions, help draw out the content and prepare and edit the drafts for your consideration. The product of this very personalized partnership is a finished document that is thoughtfully crafted, imparts your message and captures your unique style and tone. Upon completion, you will possess a document of between 10 and 30 pages, printed on fine paper and presented in a handcrafted document box, with a digital version on compact disk for easy revision in the future. This service may be provided in person or via telephone, or videoconference (extra fees may apply.) Document drafts will be exchanged by mail or email.
